We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and deliver within Pakistan only. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 2 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery area. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment. Please note that repeated refusals of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we offer returns or refunds. To be eligible, the product must have a manufacturing defect or be damaged upon delivery, and claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. The item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To request a return or refund, contact us at Marwahsorganic@hotmail.com with order details and photos of the damaged product. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day. If approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund as per your preference. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, and products that have been used or altered are non-refundable.
